Your banking information is required for us to deposit funds to your account. It is possible to begin accepting payments on Glance Pay without entering your banking details, but Glance can’t send your deposits to your account until that step is done.
After you complete the process, our Customer Service Team will take some time to complete some due diligence to prevent any fraudulent accounts and to take steps to ensure compliance with banking regulations. Once you add and save your banking details, it may take up to 24 hours for Glance to verify them.
While we verify your banking information, you will see a notification on the top of your Dashboard page and on your Account Status page letting you know that this approval is still pending. During this time, our Customer Service Team may get in touch with you to confirm or get more information.
Once this process is done, you’ll see a notification on the same screen. You are now ready to receive next-business-day deposits through Glance!
